Gale thought about pointing out that she is not afraid of turning into a Supe because she already has. Cate's virus comment had her thinking, if Stormfront infected her she is a virus and viruses can be killed. The hair and eye probably wouldn't change back. She just needed to find a way to erradicate the virus.

She felt sorry for Miss piss pants, not only was she an alcoholic she was delusional.
