History

Timberly’s father wanted a son to carry on the tradition, but he had a daughter and was killed in the line of duty before he could have another child when she was only two. Timberly on more than one occasion overheard how it was a shame she was born a girl. That made her even more determined to be the best damn cop she could be to prove them wrong.

Timberly joined the police force as soon as she could. After graduating from high school she went to college and got a degree in Criminal Justice in three years, during her senior year of college she applied to the police academy. She began attending the police academy shortly after graduating. When she was 24 she became a detective in robbery/homicide.

She began dating the man she would marry when she was 28. They married less than a year later. Nine months after their honeymoon she gave birth to twins. When she was 30 while on vacation her family was killed by a Supe. She nearly died. It took her a year of therapy and physical therapy before she was allowed back on the force. When she did rejoin she changed to the SWAT team. During her off hours she dedicated herself to training in martial arts and bodybuilding. When the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs began operating she signed up immediately to bring Supes to justice—hoping one day to discover the identity of the asshole who killed her family. When the FBSA was shuttered after Victoria Neuman was a Supe she was left without a job. When President Calhoun declared martial law and appointed Homelander to manage an army of superheroes to help maintain order across the country. The minute she heard that she knew exactly what was going on, Calhoun was a puppet, President in name only. Homelander was the real person in charge.
