Character Information

Recruited into the Seattle chapter of the Brotherhood by Carn acting as her sponsor. Silvia made a living running a repair shop near the space needle where she met Carn and helped him repair his power armor. After particle took over the needle she and others found themselves displaced and soon joined the Brotherhood. After assisting The Brotherhood liberating it from the liberating it from particle she volunteered to transfer alongside Carn to Willamette assist local Brotherhood forces.
