Character Information

Penelope, real name PS-259, is the product of a failed experiment conducted at the infamous Vault Uno, in Puerto Rico. She was engineered from the ground up to be a pleasure slave for the sickest and most debauched... well, you get the idea. However, somewhere along the way, someone accidentally swapped a 1 for a 0 or the like. The result was a creature with the proportions of an attractive young woman, but pure black eyes and an... unsettling aura. Even a super mutant would find her off-putting. Naturally, the scientists locked her away in a cryo-stasis chamber, doomed to be nothing more than a footnote on a research report, steadily gathering dust as the years passed. Eventually the Vault Dwellers left, following their self-imposed mission elsewhere, abandoning the forgotten failure. And... eventually a wanderer named Drakk came along, half starved and scavenging for whatever he could find. When he accidentally revived her from stasis, genetic programming caused her to imprint on him, recognizing him as her master. He was super creeped out by the whole thing but eventually accepted his new companion and gave her the name Penelope.
