Crime is falling

Barbara started working on the Bat-computer. She didn't get very far before a notification popped up. Barbara called everyone over to see a news report about the drive-by shooting death of Percival "The Vermin" Walker and personal driver of Orime. "That can't be a coincidence can it? A second person tied to Wayne Enterprises being killed in a driveby shooting also when allegedly the intended victim got away unhurt? How did they even know she hired a driver?" Barbara looked into Percival. "Percival was only 21 and he's already spent most of his life in Juvie. Just got out of prison a month ago. How the hell did Orime even find him? They don't exactly run in the same circles."

Barbara tried calling Orime's office. She heard from Lucious that she was out and wouldn't be back for a while. "She called Lucious and left in him charge and said she would be gone for an undefined number of days. The last thing she said to Lucious was and I quote 'My last message didn't sink in, I need to send another.' What message did she...." She pulled up the crime reports on the Maroni Crime Family, the same ones responsible for Bruce's death. "Nadia Maroni was dead for more than twenty days but she was seen several times after her death." She pulled up pictures from social media and tabloids. "Given what we know of Orime could it be possible the message was the massacre of the entire Maroni Crime Family? Does she intend to do the same to the..." She looked up the news report again. "Falcone Crime Family?"

She called Kate at work and conferenced in Dick's cellphone. She filled them in on everything. "Kate your company is still contracted to provide security for Orime right?" Kate confirmed. "Good use your job to keep an eye on her, we suspect she plans to massacre the Falcone Crime Family just like we suspect she massacred the Maroni Crime Family. We have no proof just speculation at this point. First you gotta find her. But with her powers that will be more difficult."

She turned back to Oliver. "Orime left Lucious in charge. Lucious won't stand in your way go see him. Maybe ask him what Wayne Enterprises can do for your financial situation."
