Normal Form: An orange featureless humanoid form. His body is like a living type of plastic that is resistant to the elements.
Hero Form: To look intimidating he add a black fedora hat and a black trench coat.
Shape Shifting: Can alter his form to any person or animal of approximate size as well as stretch out his limbs for escaping.

Brief Bio

Agent Orange was a long lost soldier in the WW2 war. While lost behind enemy lines he was exposed to a lot of biochemical warfare and the result was a huge mutation of his genetics. His body became an orange ooze in the beginning and he believed he turned into a monster. However over time while behind enemy lines he learned to control his new form. He then looked like an orange featureless humanoid. He no longer required air to breath and could eat by absorbing food through his body. He could also regenerate by absorbing food when his body took a lot of damage. In time he learned to mimic other forms of people and animals. Eventually he managed to leave Germany under the disguise of a prisoner of war. Once back in the states he his himself from anyone he knew since he feared he would be seen as a monster. While living on his own in the slums he got fed up with the gangs and began to take matters into his own hands as he "Assisted them in their suicides".
