Abigale developed a specialized suit equipped with wrist-mounted equipment that allow her to control the viruses in her body and shoot them as polka-dot projectiles.

Power

Polka Dot Projectiles: As a result of being experimented on by her mother, Abigale is infected with an inter-dimensional virus that manifests itself as colorful albeit deadly pustules that slowly cover her body, which she needs to expel twice a day otherwise the pustules would quickly build up and kill her. Using her special gauntlets, Abigale is able to fire the viruses in her body in the form of polka dot looking projectiles. The polka dots are highly lethal, shown to instantly meltdown human flesh on contact and burn down solid structures with little trouble, the dots can also ignited multiple C4 bomb packs.

Brief Bio

Abigale Krill was one of many children that Mrs. Krill had who she subjected to multiple experiments in STAR Labs in order to "create superheroes" as a result of her experiments many of her children developed ailments including Abigale who obtained a virus which caused polka dot pustules and tumors to grow all over her body which would consume her if she didn't drain them twice a day. After her siblings were sold or died thanks to her hands Dr. Krill, she went insane and was murdered by one of her children. Abigale Krill was put in a cryo chamber for transport to a shadow organization but got intercepted by a dark hero called Agent Orange. He trained her to use her powers and kept her safe and off the public radar.
