Unknown sang song as he fired into the guards approaching “Oh come it's like karaoke”

“A deadly karaoke,” Skorn replied as the door opened and he sent a knife right into the guard’s head. It stayed in the air, holding the fool in place. “Hah, human shield!”

The other guards couldn’t get past the floating corpse.

“That's hilarious” Unknown laughed as he tossed a grenade around the corner.

There was a loud yell as the grenade went off.

“Wish I had a map of this place” he sighed poking a dead body.

Skorn pointed to a wall where a map was obviously set up. “Just rip that off and lets go, dumbass…” He grumbled and lit a cigarette.

Nodding he followed his instructions “ alrighty, if I was a megalomaniac cult i'd probably call the location where all the non meta females are at the brothel” he spoke pointing at the map.

Skorn looked over the map and hummed, blowing smoke at the dead bodies. “Then lets go.” He said and grabbed the floating knife. Pulling it free, he let the corpse drop to the floor and stepped out into the hallway. “Lock and load,” He said before sending knives in all directions, a smirk on his face.

Unknown smiled as he slammed a fresh mag into his rifle as they fought their way to the brothel.

They would easily find the brothel and see Seele just lying in her bed. She lifted her head and stared at them as if they were going to harm her.

“We're here to rescue you and Lyle” Unknown replied before pulling out a shotgun “know how do use this?”

Seele hadn’t seen a gun in a good long month, but it felt like it had been years. Getting up, she quickly took it and tested the weight in her hands before nodding and cocking it.

“This girl knows how to fight,” Skorn said with a chuckle before stabbing a man in the neck. Pulling with the knife, he cut through to the other side of the man’s neck and didn’t seem to care as blood splattered onto him. Well, not until he realized it had put out his cigarette. “Asshole put my cig out!”

Unknown shrugged “Yeah that tends to happen” he replied before tossing an ammo belt of shells to Seele.

Grabbing the belt, Seele quickly strapped it on.

“Blah blah blah,” Skorn rolled his eyes and spat the cigarette at the dead man before looking to Unknown. “So, where’s this chick you want to find?”

“no idea all I know is she's hot could be one of the slaves or a top member” he answered as they continued.

“You mean her?” Skorn pointed to where Hilda, Taw and Nilima were.

“Hello there i assume you're friendly” he asked keeping his rifle trained on Hilda.

Taw gasped, turning to shield her baby with her body.

Hilda turned her gaze to Unknown and handed her sons to Nilima. “You going to shoot at us?” She asked in a warning tone, eyes narrowing.

“Big boobs…” Skorn commented, noticing how Hilda’s dress was straining against Hilda’s bosom.

Seele facepalmed.

“I'd prefer not to” he replied lowering his rifle “though i do have some questions for you when we're not attacking a cult. So dinner?”

Nilima found herself weighed down by Hilda’s kids. “These are baselines?”

“Maybe,” Hilda slapped Skorn. “My eyes are up here, fool!”

Skorn rubbed his face. “Sorry…We’re not baselines, ma’am. She is,” He pointed to Seele. “But I’m not. I dunno about him. He’s just crazy.” He gestured to Unknown.

“Pretty sure I'm human” Unknown shrugged “unless sexy here knows something I don't.”

“You’re from the Underground?” Nilima had expected the Underground to be a lot weaker from what she had been taught about them.

“Yeah,” Skorn answered Nilima. “Ya need help there?”

Hilda snorted. “You’re far more than human, Az.” She said, using an old nickname.

Unknown stared at her as some memories of her flashed through his mind. “I know you” he whispered before seeing more intimate memories “really really know you.”

Nilima was torn. Life in Amihan was bad, but it was what she was familiar with. It could be worse outside with the Underground, especially after the Underground was inevitably taken by MegaCorp as Duuk had been predicting. She froze when she saw the guy she had hit with a chair coming towards them.
