Aneya helped raise Lisara Sunsworn. When Aneya was diagnosed with inoperable and terminal cancer right about the same time the previous A.I. had a massive breakdown of its core personality programming matrix. Aneya volunteered to use the last of her time as flesh and blood to have her consciousness computerized as a replacement A.I. The A.I. version of Aneya was named Mamma after the ship named after Aneya.

Ten years after Aneya died and Mamma was born Aneya’s husband bought a robot to give her freedom of movement on board the Big Mamma if she wanted.
