Aftermath
Big Red stared down Mr. Sung as they were both creating a very unpleasant environment for anyone around them. Granted Mr. Sung was not attacking, Big Red was not too keen on being stared down at by the small human. Big Red let out a growl as if to warn Mr. Sung that he was not backing down then as if a higher being intervened, part of the wall of a nearby building collapsed from all the stress and blocked the path between Mr. Sung and Big Red. Big Red waved the dust away from his face and saw Mr. Sung was gone now and only rubble was left. Since he was not to fond of breathing the dust he walked away while blowing his nose. He was very lost and confused as he walked through the empty alleyways. As he took each step he was getting tired and his full belly was making him very sleepy. Eventually he stumbled over some trash cans and landed on all fours as he fought his fatigue. His eyes were getting heavy and his breathing was slowing down. He resembled a rather large baby fighting sleep and slowly loosing. Eventually he caved in and the drowsiness overtook him as he collapsed and his mind began to drift off. As he entered his sleep his body began to slowly revert back into his human form of Dr. Jackal. He was unaware he was being watched at this time.
As the wall crumbled the eyes watched unknowingly to anyone. "not yet monster," the voice hissed in the air less than a whisper. It was intrigued by Big Red, something that it had never seen before and would look into the monster later. Again the mist flowed away in the breeze.
Sung dusted himself off as the air around him calmed. He took another breath then sat on a nearby crate. Sweat ran down his face. He pulled his handkerchief out and wiped his face glad that it was over. He would wait for the others. It had been a long time since he had to use that much KI. Sungs experience was great but he did feel his age at that moment. Sung laid his father's sword next to him. Waiting on the others. How was he going to explain this to Lady Elizabeth more damage to report? Sung let out a chuckle "My Lady, I hope you know what you are getting into." Sung said to himself as he waved his hand waving the dust away.
Of the group only Sasha approached. "Are you alright Mr. Sung." she asked as she stepped up. "I sent Masao to lead Lily and the Orc to safty, he is willy enough they won't run into any trouble. Plus he has the Visage." she said, "Watched him take it back in the lab." she looked at the calamity around them. "Well..." her eyes indicated a slight smile. "At least it's not as bad as the first time..." she said looking at all the random discarded remains. "As far as collateral damage anyway...more bodies though."
Sung and Sasha could tell the general direction Big Red stumbled off to, but there wasn't any sight of him at the moment. It was more the occasional noise or the boy who came running in their general direction and just pointed before continuing on.
With Sung KI so depleted He could not use it to find the Good Doctor but with Sasha there, tracking would be easier. Sung feeling sluggish it was still simple to follow the trail the doctor left behind. Sung was glad that the good doctor could not be far either. Sung passed an alleyway a few blocks down then stopped and backed up standing next to Sasha who had stopped too. Sung shook his head. The Good Doctor was lying down by some garbage cans. "We could have missed him, he looks homeless and drunk. He is good at camouflage and he does not realize it," commented Sung walking up to him. "Let us get him back to the house.
While it was fully Dr. Jackal again with Sung's energy depleted and Sasha being strong but not really strong enough to carry the man by herself, it was going to be difficult to get Dr. Jackal back to Elizabeth's house without waking him up. Even then he would be unsteady and need assistance.
Cabs weren't going near the area of destruction but they were parking a few blocks away waiting for those that needed rides out of there.
Dr. Jackal was slow to awaken and when he did he was sluggish, but Sung and Sasha did manage to get him into a cab. The driver just thought the man either a drunk or someone who had been injured in the goings-on of the day, and he didn't say much. Just to keep the ill man from getting sick in the cab and where to.
