Rude Awakenings

Meanwhile around 6 am Lily was already up and made her way to the bathroom to wash up. After he usual routine of primping up she got dressed in a pretty dress. Since she was normally up for class during this time she decided to check on the mail. She had already cleaned up and made herself presentable and made her way to check the mail and sort it in the mail room. As per instructed a lump of letters were placed in the "IN BOX" to be sorted later on. She put a song on the music box to play.

Lily then sorted the letters into the correct baskets so she could work on them later on. She made a mental note that she needed to address some mail after breakfast. She then organized her desk and made sure everything was ready for when the new cupboard was delivered. She knew that Lady Elizabeth wanted to see the new mail room set up and wanted it to be presentable. After standing back a bit she realized the time and turned off the music. After checking with the maids she realized that breakfast would be ready soon and the good doctor was still asleep.

Lily then had a thought and made her way to Dr. Jackal's room and knocked on it a few times and called out to him only to get no response. She then opened to the door to see Dr. Jackal out cold on the bed. He was only wearing some pajama shorts since it was a bit warm in his room. Lily was a bit surprised to see Dr. Jackal's muscular chest and caught her hand before she touched it. She then shook him loudly and woke him up. A confused Dr. Jackal was then guided to the bathroom to wash up by a rather bossy young Lily pushing on his back. However in his clumsy attempts to walk correctly he lost his footing and stumbled a bit. This caused his shorts to drop to his knees and shocked Lily even more as she saw a full moon looking right at her. In a panic she closed the door and put her hands on her chest to calm down and catch her breath.

Then she pounded on the door and told him to hurry up for breakfast and she would lay out his clothes. Her face was red with embarrassment after the sight she just saw as she picked out his suit and clothes. Seeing as she was done waking up the good doctor she made her way to see if the maids needed any help. Meanwhile Dr. Jackal washed up, shaved and got dressed as he was oblivious to how he woke up in the bathroom. He had a feeling he might have done something uncalled for but could not remember what it was. It bothered him a bit as he didn't remember how he woke up and there was no maid around this time to nag him for his poor sleeping habits. Once he looked in the mirror he made his last minute adjustments to his tie, collar and shirt before he found himself acceptable. Then he picked out a hat, cane and shades that matched his suit. Once he was ready he made his way to get some breakfast.
