Before Jackal arrived, Elizabeth took a moment to look over the letter from the doctor with the latest information on the ingredients he had managed so far, including the findings from the mouse. She then handed the information to Sung to look over.

Letter Report
To Lady Elizabeth and Mr. Sung,

I have managed to discover the recipe used by Dr. Lemaire for two serum samples and the autopsy of the field mouse.

Dr. Lemaire's Formula of serum sample #1 from the syringe:
1/3 cup pure distilled white sugar.
2/3 cup hot distilled spring water.
1 cup cold electrolyte water.
2 oz. butterfly pea flower extract.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) fine crushed sea salt.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) citric acid juice of half a lime.
3 oz Hemlock extract in liquid form
1 oz Ghost Pepper extract
1 oz fine powdered Radium dust
1 Hippopotamus Brain

Dr. Lemaire's Formula of serum sample #2 from the vial:
1/3 cup pure distilled white sugar.
2/3 cup hot distilled spring water.
1 cup cold electrolyte water.
2 oz. butterfly pea flower extract.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) fine crushed sea salt.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) citric acid juice of half a lime.
3 oz Queen Anne's Lace extract in liquid form
1 oz Trinidad Scorpion pepper extract
1 oz fine powdered Radium dust
1 Gorilla Brain

Dr. Lemaire's Formula of serum sample #3 from the vial:
1/3 cup pure distilled white sugar.
2/3 cup hot distilled spring water.
1 cup cold electrolyte water.
2 oz. butterfly pea flower extract.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) fine crushed sea salt.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) citric acid juice of half a lime.
3 oz Hemlock extract in liquid form
1 oz Naga Viper extract
1 oz fine powdered Radium dust
1 Tiger Brain

Dr. Lemaire's Formula found autopsy of the field mouse.
1/3 cup pure distilled white sugar.

1 cup cold electrolyte water.
2 oz. butterfly pea flower extract.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) fine crushed sea salt.
1 pinch (1/16 tsp) citric acid juice of half a lime.
3 oz Heroine extract in liquid form
3 oz Hemlock extract in liquid form
1 oz Naga Viper extract
1 oz fine powdered Radium dust
A rare form of Rabies I labeled as Beta Rabies

Elizabeth was about to say something when another knock came upon the door.

Dr. Jackal was summoned from his room after finishing his work for the day. Lily managed to nag him into taking breaks for snacks and meals so he was not over worked. Granted he still had a lot of samples to study and break down, he did acomplish a lot already. After Harold summoned him from his room he came to Lady Elizabeth's office and knocked. Once he was permeitted in he came in and greeted Lady Elizabeth as well as Mr. Sung. Both looked a bit worse for the wear. Being in a precarous position he kept the conversation cordial as he said, "You summoned me? I was hoping my report would be enough, unless I missed something." Dr. Jackal then walked to stand before Lady Elizabeth and Mr. Sung.

"Things have been a bit, busy, today. We both only had time to look over your findings a few minutes ago. I actually do not have questions about those. There are, however, a few other matters to discuss with you. I will only briefly mention this first one, because it sounds as if Miss Lavigne is looking out for you, but given your state - you can not be skipping meals or breaks. None of need your other half coming out because you have overworked your self. And as part of my team I am responsible for you." Elizabeth then paused, and her tone softened. "People here do care about what happens to you, Doctor. It seems as if the matter has been taken care of, so, that's all I'll say on it." She paused to let her words sink in and see if Jackal had any response.

Dr. Jackal smirked as he nodded. He realized his old bad habits were coming back to haunt him yet again. He replied, "Ah yes. Ms. Lavigne has been very vocal about my bad habits. I do apologize for my bad work habits. Even before I had my "accident" i was always working alone for long hours. It is a new experience to have others aid me in such things. I apologize but it may take some getting used to for me. Of course Ms. Lavigne seems rather strict with me so I am sure she will check on me regularly. Was there anything else? You both look like you had a rather bad day." Dr. Jackal was being polite as he comented on their current state.

Elizabeth nodded, "Yes, and this second part will also explain our bad day. Please feel free to take a seat." Elizabeth then took a breath. "Some of the team members: Mr. Dumont, Mr. Cronk, Miss Lagrave, Mr. Sung and myself ran into one of Lemaire's monsters at the docks. Needless to say the fight against it was rather difficult. Fortunately, all the team members survived. The monster was killed, and transported back to headquarters. They are under strict instructions to not touch the body until they hear from us. There are several options as I see it. You could work on the body at headquarters, arrangements could be made and the body could be brought to your laboratory here, one of the teams at headquarters could work on the body . I personally would prefer to avoid that last option, if possible. So, Doctor what would you like to do regarding the body?" Elizabeth could really make any of that happen so it was up to him.

Sung took a sip of his tea. He would feel bad about what he was going to do but he had to test a theory Sung had about Dr. Jackal's other half. But it would wait until he answered Elizabeth's questions.

Dr. Jackal sat down and rubbed his chin for a moment as he pondered his options. Then he replied, "To be honest I am not familiar with skill level of those at headquarters so I am very hesitant to let them do the autopsey. All braging aside I am the most knowledgeable on this topic so its best if I work on this alone. I understand we are suppose to be a team and all, but if they could do this wothout me you would have never had Ms. Lagrave bring me into your team. If they want to send someone to learn from me I am fine with that as long as they only observe and ask questions. It doesn't take much to contaminate any experiment and we can't afford any rookie mistakes." Dr. Jackal then looked at Mr. Sung and Lady Elizabeth before he replied again, "With all due respect this would be no different than headquarters assigning you both a rookie to do your prospective jobs. You both should know the dangers involved in that situation." Dr. Jackal had a serious expression on his face as he was serious about this matter.

"Understandable. I will start making arrangements tomorrow then to have the body brought here. It will likely take a day or so." Elizabeth didn't question it, as Jackal's response made senses. "Before I get to the final item, was there anything you needed or wanted to ask?"

Before Dr. Jackal could answer Sung asked a question "I am not sure I have asked you this Dr. Jackal. But do you know what brings out your other side? is there even a trigger?" asked Sung in a humble and polite tone.

Dr. Jackal sighed as he heard Mr. Sung's question. He was ashamed as he looked down at his feet and nodded. After a few deep breaths he looked up at them and replied, "The first time it happened without warning. I was overwhelmed by anger and hunger. I don't remember everything that happened by I relived it later in my dreams. At first I didn't want to believe it was true but after seeing some old newspapers it only confirmed it for me. The next few times it happened I noticed it was caused by pain and anger. So I tried to avoid those triggers and saw I didn't transform as much. However my last situation was unavoidable as I was crushed by a rather large colume of stone and metal. Since I was in a life and death situation the "other guy" came out to prevent that. I noticed he will step in if my life is in danger, but sadly he won't hesitate to eat those who attack him. That memory still haunts me." Dr. Jackal then looked at Mr. Sung and paused before he asked, "Judging by the timing of your question and your current state, can I assume you want to compare the "other guy" to a victim?"

Elizabeth mentally took notes but said nothing, just waited on Sung's response

Sung gave a warm smile the feeling in the room changed it feels like all tension, anxiety, and anger melted away. Any thoughts of things like violence even hurting ones self seems distant. "Yes and no Dr. Jackal. I do wonder if The other guy as you put it has any thoughts other than self-preservation and killing anything near him?" asked Sung.

The ability takes KI, Chi, and Magic and extends the mind of the master causing everyone around to be calm it will make everything stop fighting and just relax but even the master must be in the same state. Sung hoped to see a change in Dr. Jackal, in hopes he could calm the other guy maybe.

Dr. Jackal felt the calmness in the room and smiled as he nodded to Mr. Sung. He replied, "I still have much to learn about the "other guy", but I have noticed he can now talk like a child compared to the first time I changed. I am not sure if its part of his growth or if it has to do with eating his victim's brains. I dare not experiment on the topic since it is morally wrong and twisted but I dare say there seems to be a connection in some way. I was hoping to test my blood for some answers when I finally catch up on the serum samples. Sadly I have been backed up as of late."

"Well, you have been given a lot of work lately." Elizabeth smiled, also feeling the calm and knowing where it came from. She sometimes wished she possessed the mind realm and could calm minds. "That brings me to the last topic. We have entered into the phase of the investigation that is bringing more danger our way. I am asking that you take precautions. You will be here, mostly, so it shouldn't be a problem but anything suspicious just let someone know."

Dr. Jackal nodded as he understood the warning Lady Elizabeth gave him. He replied, "Understood. It was only a matter of time before he figured out we are after him. Just becareful since rats are more dangerous when trapped in a corner." Dr. Jackal had learned a lot about animal and human behavior over the years and some of it was very scary.

"We will be taking precautions, thank you." Elizabeth thought for a moment. "That is all I had to discuss with you. Was their anything you needed or wanted to ask?"

"I have nothing either I think you for your work doctor you have been invaluable to this whole operation," commented Sung.

Dr. Jackal replied, "Well my main concerns would be testing the serum samples and the body you will sending to me soon. Since I have everything else covered here, I don't have any other pressing needs that the maids or Ms. Lavigne can't resolve. I must give my personal thanks for the posh food, room, lab and environment. Its like night and day from what I was used to. However, I do hope you take good care of yourself since my future is literally in your hands Lady Elizabeth." Dr. Jackal smiled at Lady Elizabeth as he meant what he said.

"Thank you, I certainly plan to try." Elizabeth returned the smile. "And you are quite welcomed. That was all. If you don't mind could you have Harold fetch Mr. Dumont. Thank you, Doctor."

Dr. Jackal stood up as he replied, "Of course." He then left to pass the message on to Harold abount Dumont. Then he made his way back to hhis room to relax and read the book Sasha loaned to him. He found it to be an interesting read to distract him from his current situation.
