Into The Fray?

Who was chasing them? Or maybe more who was going after Tarmen and why? It didn't take much to figure out that, unlike the last time, this time Silina had just gotten caught up in this and wasn't the intended target.

More arrows came at them, she threw more sand at the assailants and caught an ever so brief sight of one of the archers.

It might have been dark but Silina still recognized or thought she did the dark robes. This was the group that everyone had been keeping a distance from even in the crowd that had gathered in the square earlier.

The sounds of a fight, or possibly more than one, could be heard up ahead and the sight of more robes. They couldn't just run into that fight so she dunked into an alleyway, making sure Tarmen was with her.

The man likely had a weapon with him and she still carried the dagger but they really needed to figure out their next move. Go forward or stay here?
