Eren Sadir stands looking at Wim. You remember him from the party at Stoneshade Keep. He is tall and well built with extremely tanned and wrinkled skin, although you believe him to be in his early 50's. You wonder why one of the richest men in Ostiarium is looking around your burnt down brewery with your ledger under one of his arms.

Wim looked up at him brushing his hands off and said, "How can I help you?" Wim was working on the wall still stacking and mudding stones.

"You can't." The man told you. "But I might be able to help you." He said waving your little black book around. "I believe this is yours?" He asked.

Wim smiled slightly while standing up the brushing his hands again this time on his pants.
“Yes and I would be willing to listen to you have to say,” Wim said in an interested tone.
it was nice to start a conversation not with his chin.

The man looked around again. "At this pace it's going to take you until next winter to rebuild the business. Mudding stones in the rain..." He looked up at the overcast skies. Eren was not a man to beat around the bush or prone to social niceties. "I could get this rebuilt in two weeks. If you were willing to part with half of the business..." He offered.

Wim looked at him and laughed.
"I only own half," he said. "And the old man has been good to me," Wim continued.
"There has to be more to the offer than just giving you another part of the settlement to have control over," Wim said. This smeeled like a hostile takeover bid. One where he could end up the looser.

"Of course there is." he replies to you grinning."There's the fact that by helping you, not only do I get another business interest in Lowood, I also get a noble to owe me and as a business partner." He told him bluntly." instead of having you youngling playing at being a criminal," he waves your ledger around as a reminder of your ill conceived attempt at becoming a loan shark. "And I know you only own half boy, you and the old man can still share half of the business. Sometimes you need to take a step back before taking two forward." He tells you honestly.

The young noble looks at him and his smile drops. "So what are you proposing that I will be doing after this arrangement?" He asked.

"Working for me." He tells you and stops laughing again looking you up and down." Showing me you can turn this into a successful business and that you are more than just a name." He tells the young noble. "I have the funds that you want and you might just be my path to a title."

Wim looked at him and said." Let us go have an ale and talk to our partner."
