Timestamp: Stoneshade Keep - Lord Commander's office

Not long after the Arbiter and the Friar made their way out, Duke Osdel Stoneshade, Lord Commander of Ostiarium, sat looking out from his window into the Bay of Pearls stormy sea.

When he found out an Arbiter was travelling to Ostiarium, he felt like his prayers had been answered. Here was someone that could help muster and inspire the city to what was unavoidably coming next.

Voah Sahnsuur had travelled to meet the natives, found magik and now in the face of it appeared to be assailed by a crisis of faith. He shook his head. He hadn't expected that.
