Goals of The Young

Agent Orange was still wary of the Bat family but was not going to rock the boat at this point. It was nice to have access to the manor and free food for the girls. As their caregiver he felt obliged to care for them till they were ready to leave the nest. Though he never mentioned it, he rather liked the idea of raising kids. After his body was altered he gave up on having a family. So he took solace in the idea of raising both girls.

They had been traveling together for the last five years and grew close over that time. Agent Orange was like caring Uncle to both girls as he treated their conditions and kept them fed, shelters and safe from harm as they slowly recovered from being experimented on by Ra’s al Ghul.

While they were training and recovering in Wayne Manor, both girls were getting stronger and getting used to their body’s changes. Carrie noticed she was feeling stronger and faster than before. Abby was gaining control of her polka dots and could now hit her target half of the time as opposed to all over the place.

Then Agent Orange sat with both girls and asked them what they wanted to do once they no longer needed his help with their health. Both Carrie and Abbey were confused by that question and pressured Agent Orange as to what he meant by that question. They warned him that he was not allowed to leave them after all they had been through and they would not forgive him if he left them. Agent Orange chuckled as he told them he would stay with them for as long as they needed him to. He then told them he was curious if they were planning to live a simple life or follow the Bat Family and fight crime. Both girls were relieved by the new question and began talking about their intentions for the future.

Both girls felt bad about mooching off the Bat Family and couldn’t see themselves working in an office with their skill set. Granted it was a bit scary to fight crime now with the increased danger levels but they took comfort in knowing they had more allies to count on. Agent Orange understood what they now wanted and promised to help guide them to get stronger while he looked after them.
