Silver Nightmare Reaction

Barbara was in her apartment eating breakfast when news of the Silver Nightmare came on. Her first thought was Orime since the victims were all members of the Falcone crime family which was responsible for her driver's death. Why she cared enough to kill that many people over a boy she barely knew she had no clue. She pulled out her laptop and began Oracling. She got a call from Kate shortly after. "Hey, Kate. I already know what you are calling about and already Oracled it. According to what I found Orime officially left town for Japan the day after she last spoke to Lucious. I even have footage of her at the airport getting on a plane. There's no footage of her getting off. With her ability, it would be very easy for her to get off without being seen. I even verified the footage has not been altered in any way." Barbara hung up with Kate. "I wish Dick was still here instead of playing den mother to The Team, such a stupid name."

Barbara began Oracling the Obara family. Obara Sakura, CEO of Obara Enterprises, Married to Obara Murai. Obara Murai, Oyabun of the Yakuza in Japan. "Shit Orime is well-connected." She dug deeper.

Murai took over as Oyabun after the previous Oyabun was killed when Aquaman declared war on Japan after the discovery that they had been harboring a hunter named Demon Gate, the man responsible for killing Aquaman's adoptive mother, Porm. During that war Murai led the Yakuza against the Atlantians protecting those who could not protect themselves at great cost to their own lives. Murai lost his sword arm. Since then Murai has returned the Yakuza to its roots as a protector of the common people.

Barbara forwarded everything she learned to the Batfamily and Carrie's friends. "I can't prove it but Silver Nightmare is definitely Orime. I suspect the Maroni crime family being wiped out was done by Orime as well. Both times I can conclusively prove she wasn't in the country at the time of the killings."
