Encountering two gods..

Wim searched for a trap door or a place that the boy could hide. He was an expert and hiding and had spent hours hiding from work and punishments from his father.

The flash of light disoriented Wim and he staggered back to the altar. Then he was floating above a vibrant world. Looking down at the peaks and valleys as if they were home. Below him were the lights of multiple shrines with people coming to make their offerings asking for the god's favor. Fosia, or his avatar, stood watching smiling.
Above was a storm brewing, a storm that rolled with the currents of the winds rising up the mountains lifting their moisture higher till it cooled and condensed into droplets that rose again in angry currents.

High above a woman in white furs called the storm building it.

In his heart, he was drawn to Fosia. Fire always had a hunger and a passion to it, it renewed and refined, and it created the mountains. Looking at the titan's eyes he asked almost pleadingly, "What is it that you want from me?"
Behind him, Noraura laughed in a cold woman's voice. The coldness of her laughter made him bend his knees and bow before her.

A shiver ran through him as he returned to himself, sweating and panting for breath..
