Dream A Little Dream

As Hunter was laying limp on the boat, he was still having a dream about being with his dead girlfriend Isabella. In his mind he was crawling towards her in a sandy desert towards an Oasis. Isabella was in the form of a beautiful spirit as she reached out and called for Hunter to come to her. As she smiled at him he could feel the warmth of her aura. Eventually he stood up and reached out for her only to be stopped by a force of sorts. He was confused and kept tapping on the invisible barrier with no success. Then Isabella reached through the barrier towards him. She was wearing her night gown which was very appealing to Hunter as he was enchanted by her. He willingly took her hand as she pulled him through the barrier.

In reality Hunter reached out to the closest person to him and began mumbling a bit. However only a few could hear his words and it was a one sided conversation on his side.

Then Hunter spoke up as he said, "Sorry I am late. I was having to save my......" Isabella gave him a stern look and said, "No." Hunter then replied, "No"......but I think I made some friends." Isabella smiled and put her arms around Hunter as she replied, "I noticed. A jungle man, a doctor, a scholar, and two women."

Hunter could feel Isabella give him a condescending look about the two women as he replied, "Its not....." Isabella asked, "So which one do you prefer? The Arbiter, the Mercenary or the poor twins?" Hunter was at a lot for words as he slowly replied, "I’m sorry Isabella. It’s all my fault. I missed you so much it hurts." Isabella looked Hunter in the eyes and smirked as she replied, "I know....... you big softy."

Hunter then asked, "Are we in the afterlife?" Isabella replied, "Yes." Hunter hugged her and kissed her before saying, "I missed you so much." Then Isabella looked at Hunter with a pained expression. Hunter asked, "What is it? What's wrong?" Isabelle responded, "Its not your time." Hunter asked, "What do you meant? What time? I am here! I am ready to be with you." Isabella shook her head no as she said, "Its not your time yet." Hunter was afraid as he babbled, "No no no no no no. I am staying. I am staying with you. I am not leaving you again." Isabella smiled and held his face as she replied, "Its okay. Our time will come, but not now. I will be waiting for you till then. Besides.........they need you." Hunter was confused as he asked, "Who?"

Hunter looked to see who Isabella was talking about. Then he saw a vision of the boat full of wounded bodies heading for the ship. Isabella replied, "Them.......your F word." Hunter then asked, "Why?" Isabella then replied, "You will find out in time. till then I will be here." Hunter then looked at Isabella smiling as she said, "Its pretty awesome over here. I can have everything I want." Hunter then asked, "So you can eat sweets everyday?" Isabella smiled as she answered, "Of course." Hunter was sad as he looked at Isabella and said, "I.........I" Isabella nodded as she said, "I know. I love you too. Now go. Go on and get out of here." Hunter was crying at this point as Isabella gently pushed him back through the barrier. Hunter found himself floating away from Isabella helplessly as he woke on the boat holding Tarmen's hand. Then he mumbled, "I'm so sorry Isabelle", a bit before blacked out again.
