Finding Wim

Timestamp: Ostiarium streets - Afternoon

Hendrik return to his regular patrol around Lowood and Misty Ward. His mind kept going over the events of the last few days. The old man, the bodies, the strange encounter with the witch and finally his meeting with Sir Zane.

Part of him now wondered if he should have told the man the whole story, but he did not wish to cause any problems to Islana or Jiyn. He too had been young and foolish once.

The man had asked him for Wim, but reports placed the young noble among the forest again. The fact he had turned up at the site of a murder and now once again returned to the forest made the guard suspect that he knew more than he had shared. And others would soon think the same.

Hendrik walked into the Misty Ward having asked some of the other guards to inform him when they spotted Wim again, cursing the day he had volunteered to go into the forest to investigate the murders.

He continued on his patrol unaware that a man in a black cowl was trailing him.
