Timestamp: Stoneshade Keep - Sir Zane's office

Hendrik stood at attention while the Knight of Salos looked at some paper in his desk.
He had been asked to report directly to the man a few days later on what he had found and what had transpired upon the discovery of the bodies. He had related the story to Sir Zane, on how him, Jiyn and the young hunter Islana had been lead to the site by a forager, the state of the bodies and the strange carvings and objects they found.

The man made him uneasy. His scrutiny was intense. Has if he already knew the answers and was simply asking you to dare you to lie to his face.

"And the old man? Still babbling about trees?" He asked.

"No, he screamed and shouted himself hoarse yesterday. Been in some form of catatonic state since than." The guard replied.

Sir Zane raised an eyebrow and Hendrik was not sure he was surprised at the old man's condition of the fact one of his guards knew the meaning of the word 'catatonic'.

"Why did you spent the night on the woods? What delayed you? He continued asking.

"A young man arrived at the end of the day. Said he chanced upon us. Wanted to clear his head..."

The Knight looked up intrigued. "Who is he?"

"The young noble Wim Riese." He replied stiffly.

Sir Zane sighed. He should have imagined.

"Anything else to report?" He asked.

Hendrik shook his head not wanting to discuss anything that transpired that night and the old woman Omen.

"Go get me Wim Riese..." He told the guard and went back to his reports.
