Curse

Excerpt from Saint Iker Pahadron field journal 'Road to Salvation'.

"Oral texts contain within themselves the whole problem of man's behaviour in relation to the sacred and magik. Now, although some believe that tales mark sacrilege of the divine world, this does not correspond to reality, because the divine and the Maleficium coexist, even today, in traditional societies.
There will, perhaps, be a degradation of the sacred because a magik has always lived, accepted and made aware of in different planes of experience, which are not equivalent but inferior to the laws of the gods. It is our duty to release the lands from their evil grasp and purge all that sin against the divine and suspend the rule of natural law.

Vastad's Lion's Hunger, the Riding of Cambena's Serpent and the Red Kiss of Hoi, the holy trinity of the Noctua's Inquisition victories. That lead to the breaking of the seven unholy armies of the Enemy and the decimation of their cadre of battle-mages in the plains of Mourilhe.
The greatest difficulty in time will be to to say when these narratives began their story as a simple moment decanted from all responsibility or reality. The price we pay for our holy crusade will not be truly understood by the masses until the whole world is rid of these heathens. And if doubt every assails my mind and heart, all I have to recall is the dying curse of King Pritus, the Demon's Nail.

'Cursed be your lands and those who live in them! Here I will set free the Fire Blizzard! And His fire will destroy you three times, until you are purified!'

Two times were our armies assaulted by it. Before it dissipated in the winds of war and the rivers of blood we brought to their lands. Remember, guard against the Fire Blizzard. Beware! Let not the curse come to pass a third time..."
