JP with Omni and Lorem:

“Agree. Ostiarium risk too high. Aquilo acceptable. Maybe Markus help? I go in and get and bring back.”

Gonyaul wrinkled his nose at the last idea. “What mean raid? … “

“What I mean is… taking things without bartering… stealing. Only if we are desperate to survive and there is no other way.”

Gonyaul shook his head in objection to that idea. “No steal. Is wrong. Always other way.”

She nodded. “I agree. It is wrong and there is always another way… but not without being seen or leaving something in return… which we may not have.”

He thought about that and believed he agreed if he understood correctly.

“Better … is slippery slope. No one born evil. Is small, simple, compromise decisions over time. Once think steal ok, next think steal life fine too, then steal land. If all were content then no war and could be peace. But no! All here want what they do not have and not theirs to take.”

He was getting distracted and a bit upset thinking about all the suffering these other parties were creating needlessly.
