Goal: Take down Vought and end Homelander’s reign.
Methods: Sabotage, assassination, guerrilla warfare, black-market science.
Status: Weakened, desperate, but still fighting.
Playable Roles:
Classic Boys members (Hughie, MM, Kimiko, Frenchie, etc.)
Resistance leaders & operatives
Scientists working on the virus
Former Vought employees turned whistleblowers
2. Homelander’s Regime (AFS & Vought Loyalists)
Goal: Maintain absolute control over the U.S. and eliminate all threats.
Methods: Supe-led law enforcement, public executions, propaganda campaigns.
Status: Strong, but cracks are forming.
Playable Roles:
Loyalist Supes & enforcers
AFS security forces
Vought executives & scientists
Government officials (puppets of the regime)
3. Rogue Supes
Goal: Survive in a world that wants them dead.
Methods: Mercenary work, underground alliances, black-market deals.
Status: Hunted, but resourceful.
Playable Roles:
Former Vought Supes on the run
Mercenary Supes playing both sides
Anti-Homelander Supes aiding the resistance
4. Wildcards (Opportunists & Double Agents)
Goal: Personal survival, power, or profit.
Methods: Betrayal, manipulation, playing both sides.
Status: Unpredictable.
Playable Roles:
Corrupt politicians
Corporate spies
Black-market Compound V dealers
Unstable Supes who could go either way
