Current World State
1. Government & Law Enforcement
-The United States operates under Homelander’s rule, enforced through the American First State (AFS) security forces.
-Officially, President Calhoun still governs, but he’s little more than a puppet. Homelander dictates policy, Sister Sage handles strategy, and Vought ensures public compliance.
-Civil liberties are a thing of the past. Martial law has suspended elections, and a Supe-led security force maintains “order” across the country.
XAny anti-Vought sentiment is labeled terrorism, punishable by execution.
-Dissenters and rebels disappear—whether to clandestine prisons, secret labs, or worse.
2. The Boys & The Underground Resistance
-The Boys have lost many allies and are barely holding on, reduced to a network of scattered operatives.
-Butcher’s whereabouts are unknown, and without him, leadership is fragmented.
-Hughie, M.M., Frenchie, and Kimiko continue the fight, but resources are running out.
-Resistance cells operate in major cities, staging hit-and-run attacks, hacking Vought’s networks, and attempting to smuggle refugees out of the country.
-They are desperately seeking a way to bring Homelander down—whether through the virus, assassinations, or mass rebellion.
3. Vought International
-Stronger than ever, Vought is the de facto ruler of America through its military contracts, pharmaceuticals, and media empire.
-The company has developed a new generation of Supes, more loyal and ruthless than the last.
-Scientists are racing to neutralize the Supe-killing virus before it spreads.
-Rival factions exist within Vought—some supporting Homelander, others wanting to seize power for themselves.
4. Supes in Society
-Being a Supe is no longer a guarantee of safety. Loyalists thrive, but those who step out of line are executed or experimented on.
-Rogue Supes live as fugitives, hiding in slums, black markets, or off-the-grid safehouses.
-The public is more divided than ever—some still worship Supes, others see them as demonic overlords.
5. The Supe-Killing Virus
-Butcher stole and disappeared with a deadly virus capable of wiping out all Supes.
-No one knows if he’s going to release it, weaponize it, or destroy it.
-Vought is developing a cure, but it’s unclear if they’ll use it on all Supes—or just their favourites.
-The Boys may seek to mass-produce the virus, but would they risk killing all Supes—including their allies?
