Short History

James was raised by a middle class mom and dad his father is a tool pusher and he comes from a long line of roughnecks. He met Dakota at the club she dances at a few years ago and has been deep in love with her ever since. They dated shortly but he got stuck drinking and partying with friends not really ready to grow up. Then killien came and when he still didn’t settle down she ended things. It doesn’t help that his family did not approve of her. They think she is just trouble and using him for money. He and her have tried to work it out a few times but something always got in the way. Most recently her crazy ex messed it up for them as James couldn’t deal with the drama and stay sober. They co parent well and he has even stepped in for her other son a lot. He try’s his best to be a good man and a good father but sometimes he falls short. He is quiet and stand off ish usually.
