Cute Chaos (Pt 1)
Skorn rolled his eyes and went over to Sorley, helping him to his feet. “Come on, let's get you out of this room before Gelf wakes up and witnesses you tripping over air.” He chuckled.
Sorley was hating himself. He knew he had no chance with a girl like Gelf, she was too perfect, and making a fool of himself in front of her- even if she was asleep- was only making it worse.
Skorn just waited silently in the hallway and looked at Kiana. “Is he always like this?”
“I don't know. He has never brought a girl home before.” Kiana kicked off her shoes and settled on the couch for her vigil.
Sorley fled to the bathroom and closed the door. He turned the water up as hot as it could get before stripping and stepping inside. Sometimes he wished he could drown himself.
Shaking his head, Skorn closed the door just enough that it was cracked open. “There,” He said before walking toward the couch and staying standing. “Gelf seems to really like him.”
“It would have been cute if she was not unconscious and unable to consent to anything.” Kiana said darkly.
Skorn chuckled as he sat down. “Gelf wouldn't have stayed asleep. I can assure you of that. The last man that tried to take advantage of her no longer has genitals.” He explained.
“Good.” Kiana said. “I hardly know my brother and don't know if he would have tried taking advantage of her or not.”
Meanwhile Sorley had lathered up a wash cloth with Irish Springs soap and was scrubbing himself raw. He turned the water from scalding hot to icy cold.
Skorn tilted his head back to gaze at the ceiling. “I’m pretty sure Sorley ain’t gonna harm any woman he runs into. Boy is like a shy puppy.” He said.
Gelf would wake up and blinks, sniffing the air. Letting out a soft hum, teleported to the location she could smell it from, ending up right in front of Sorley in the shower.
“I’m not taking any chances.” Kiana said. “I see how he’s trying to not stare at her.”
Sorley gave a startled yelp and instinctively directed the water into Gelf’s face as he tried to cover himself and run away. He tripped over the lip of the tub and fell, tangled in the shower curtain. Besides the scars on his torso, Sorley also had quite a few other scars that would normally be hidden by his clothes, souvenirs from his experience in the foster system. He was freaking out quite a lot at Gelf seeing him naked, trying to untangle himself from the shower curtain while also trying to wrap himself in the shower curtain.
Skorn blinked and looked toward the bathroom. “Sounds like chaos in there.” He said as he got up and went to check on things.
Gelf hissed as the water suddenly hit her face, causing her to flail and twist until she was on top of Sorley, falling with him. “Sorry!” She screamed out before realizing what her hands were touching. Scars. So many scars. “Who did this to you?”
Sorley managed to get the bathmat wrapped around his hips so he was not as exposed as he had been. He flushed with shame and was unable to look at Gelf. He scooted away from her on his butt, still on the bathroom floor.
Kiana would not normally break into the bathroom on her brother, but what she heard and was not hearing had alarmed her enough to use the cover of her prized “Silver May Tarnish” paperback to pop up the hook lock. She yanked open the door to see Sorley looking upset wearing nothing but a bathmat with Gelf practically on top of him. She wondered if she had been to quick to worry about Sorley being the one to commit a sexual assault. “Whath the fuck are you doing to him?!” Kiana demanded.
Gelf blinked and looked at Kiana, sitting up on her knees and moving away from Sorley. “I teleported in here because the smell was nice and didn’t think. He panicked…I panicked…and we ended up like this.” She explained, looking to Sorley before bowing her head. “I’m sorry for doing that. I can be a bit of a fool when it comes to things.”
Skorn gently set a hand on Kiana’s shoulder before going to Gelf and getting her to stand. “You go out and get some dry clothes. I’ll help him out, okay?” He said.
“But…” Gelf felt horrible.
“He needs space.” He told her in a stern voice that convinced the cat-eared woman to leave the bathroom.
