The Trio From Canada!

Megan was bundled up in warm clothing and sitting upon a moose as they made their way through the snow. “You think we’ll be able to really help my brother?” She asked her two companions, a speedster named Ryan and a bunny eared woman named Juno. Both of them were family to the cat eared girl and had become very comfortable where they lived. In this country, unlike in the USA, metas were accepted and treated equally.

Ryan nodded dressed in thinner clothing as he could easily heat himself up. “From what we heard from the underground is that he was sent on a mission by megacorp, and didn't return not long after the others broke out with the assistance of Alex and Klaire.” He replied studying the photo of Alex alongside Ryan's twin Riley.

“Odd isn't it” Juno replied dressed similarly to Megan “makes you wonder what life would have been like if the situation was reversed.

“I bet Colt would be after us so fast, we wouldn’t know we’re in his Mustang until we’re miles down the road.” Megan replied with a small smirk as the moose snorted. She pat his back gently. “Thank you for the ride, buddy.”

“So ready to meet your brother in law” Juno teased Ryan with a grin.

“Colt isn't that bad, I swear!” Megan replied with a blush on her face.

“Five Bucks he's whipping out his sword once he finds out who Ryan is” Juno chuckled.

“Oh, God, I don't even wanna think about that.” Megan groaned in dismay as a few deer rushed across the empty road nearby, glancing at the trio and their moose.

“Juno please” Ryan sighed.

Juno giggled “what I'll mention the cute aspects as well like how you two danced around your feelings for each other.”

Megan flushed, making snowflakes melt the moment they touched her face. “Oh, hush!” She mewed.

The moose would stop by a road that would take them to the train station they wanted to reach. This is where they would have to walk the rest of the way, but once they got on the train it was an easy ride to their destination.

“Finally out of the cold” Juno sighed jumping onto one of the beds in their private room on the train.

“It wasn't that bad” Ryan chuckled.

“Said the walking heater” she fired back from her blanket while sticking out her tongue.

Megan giggled and literally dug her way under the blankets in a silly manner. “She has a point, Ryan. We can't heat up our bodies like speedsters or pyros.” She explained with a smile. “Still, riding the moose was fun. He was friendly.”

“Yeah but Ryan can heat you up” Juno teased watching her adopted brother join Megan.

“Keep that up and we'll intentionally have loud sex right next to you, missy.” Megan warned in a joking manner to torment the bunny girl.

“Wouldn't be the first time” she teased.

Ryan groaned as he snuggled up to Megan.

“Brat,” Megan called, tossing a pillow at Juno as she giggled.

Juno stuck her tongue out before laying down.
