Skye Life - Can't Be Bought
DJ Digi Kitty was at the front of the room, mixing songs and playing to the crowd. More than once, she found herself looking in Olin’s direction, even though she’d resigned to stay completely professional. She spotted Mathias in the crowd and nodded to him, pointing to her left where a couple of party-goers tried to flag him down. He was popular, like Olin, but like Cyd usually kept it professional.
For the most part, Olin purchased a lot of red devils and a few other Mathias specialties, meaning he didn’t have to collect from party goers, unless they wanted something ‘off the menu.’ It also meant he’d get less offers trading sex for red devils, since things were paid in full. That didn’t stop a few bunnies from wanting to see what was beneath that red jacket, though.
“Hey Candyman, remember me?” A tall blonde asked. She ‘wore’ a thin strap in a V pattern that strategically sort of covered a few places, but left nothing to the imagination.
Mathias turned with a crooked smile. “Oh, I dunno … been such a long time. You know me, bad memory and all.” He teased.
“I remember you,” she said coyly, not so subtly looking him over. “What are you dealing today?”
“I hope I left a positive impression. Our menu of fun and games is pretty good. You want to be part of the music and float all night Red Devils got you covered. Need a boost to last all night Red Eyes. You can take it easy and chill with Halos and we all have the good old classics X, LX, and Special K.” Mathias listed. “Since it’s Olen's party you can have your pick worry-free unless you’re looking for something … different.”
“How much for fifteen minutes with you?” She asked, biting her lip. “Grown-up version of seven minutes in heaven.”
“That … is very off-menu plus …” Mathias leaned in. “... I’m on duty. Work before play.”
“It’ll be worth your while. You can get back to it when I’m done,” she offered taking a cred stick from her purse. “Name your price.”
“I’m sure it will but I have a reputation and professionalism first, after hours, however …” Mathias gave a noncommittal shrug. “ … that's a different story. If you still have the stamina by then. I know I will.”
“Told you he wouldn’t,” her friend said, holding out her hand. The tall leggy blonde handed over 100 credits with an eyeroll. “That could have been yours,” she told Mathias, making a shooing motion with her hand.
“I have stamina,” her friend told Mathias. “And 100 extra credits. I’ll see you after the party.”
Mathias gave a playful smile. “We’ll see bunny, these parties are serious ragers.” He said unperturbed by the loss. Not that he would say it out loud but a 100 credits was a pittance to compromise his work ethic. “And party favors before you ladies hit the floor?”
“We’ll both take red devils,” the brunette decided.
The tall blonde pouted, but held her hand out for the drug regardless.
Mathias pulled out two devils like a magic trick. “Let's turn the frown upside down now. It's a party after all!” He said handing out the adult treat to the girl's. “I'll be here all night.”
