“Well, we met one last night,” Choi mentioned. “He doesn’t seem to be into bloodletting. Says he drinks from animals only.”

Agent Powers nodded and got up to distribute everyone's coffee as well as the sweetener, creamer, napkins and stir sticks. Ekaterina gave him an elegant smile as she said, "Thank you Mr. Powers."

Agent Powers gave the Princess a smolder and replied, "Sure, anytime.”

"Well, that's interesting," Alyssa took her coffee. "I guess any mammal blood would work. I meant more, does anyone know about the different clans? How do they function? They seem to be structured, in some way but beyond having a Prince what does that mean? Is a Prince what we tend to think of with bloodlines or something else? That kind of thing. The more we know, the better.”

Agent Powers then pulled out his phone and began texting his father as he replied, "I'll check with my father. He may know something." Agent Powers continued to tap on his phone a bit and then switched off from tapping the keys to reading several times.

“We know the original Dracula was a king,” Choi surmised. “Could be a title. Or, it may just designate someone as a leader. Our source spoke of an Elder Prince Graff and a Calista Giovanni, also known as Odessa Sage.”

Ekaterina elegantly looked at Agent Powers as she sipped her coffee ever so gently. Agent Powers was tapping a lot with a concerned look on his face. It almost resembled that of a parent nagging their child, despite Powers being a grown man in the eyes of others. Then Agent Powers texted Alyssa what his father sent him. It was a pdf of the Book of NOD and it seemed to be made from a copy of an original.

Agent Powers replied, "My father said to read this copy of "The Book of NOD" for a reference. Apparently there are a lot of vampire clans that were born from a story of Cain and Abel. It's not my area so I am in the dark on this.”

Ekaterina smiled at Agent Powers and said, "Well done Mr. Powers, can you send me a copy to my phone?"

Agent Powers nodded, "Sure. You will prolly get an extra copy from Alyssa later on though." Ekaterina smiled at Agent Powers as she elegantly said, "I don't mind.”
