JP - Big Bear

"Why don't we let them decide?" Fang said, gesturing to Lyle and Abraham, who were obviously the most level headed individuals here.

"Either way we're not sticking with Megacorp much longer our main mission is still the same breakout Susi and the others" Lyle spoke "I sent Riley into the others to a cabin I own we can make our way there if we're able to establish communications Megacorp then we'll play dumb say the area wasn't safe or something. If we make it to Riley and the others on time we'll just hit up the prison it's not like they can move it."

“Well, the area not being safe wouldn’t be a lie.” Riven explained. “There are some pretty mean bears that live in this forest. We’re just lucky and haven’t run into any…yet.”

“Did you seriously just say that?” Anna hissed.

“If we get assaulted by bears, I’m blaming you, wolf man!” Fang said.

"We'll be fine for now let's get moving"Lyle replied, assembling a large rifle "besides I doubt it'll survive this."

“Have you ever shot a bear with it before?” Anna asked skeptically as they began their journey.

Lyle held up the bullet that rivaled a soda can "doubt anything will survive this" he chuckled following them.

"There are things in Megacorp that sadly can…" Abraham commented, glancing at Riven.

"Then it's best we avoid those things" Lyle replied.

"I hope we can…" Abraham replied as they kept walking. Fang and Lola stayed close while Riven guarded the rear of the group.

"So what do you think is happening with command considering they didn't meet up with us?" Lyle asked.

“Usually when they do not respond it means there’s been a break in or a break out.” Abraham answered. “Nine times out of ten, it is usually one of their latest experiments…”

“You mean like you and I?” Riven replied.

“Exactly…”

Anna looked back at the two men. “Just come on.”

"We'll have to be quick then when we get back" Lyle sighed "Alex and Susi will probably give Joel and Annie a run for their money."

“I am less worried about the things Alex and Susi will do when they get to bed and more worried about what Susi will do once she gets out of that straight jacket and muzzle…” Riven said with a fear filled shudder. “She scares the fuck out of me.”

“She frightens all the men in the facility, I believe.” Abraham replied.

“Everyone except you,” The wolf said.

Abraham merely shrugged, making sure that Lola and Fang were still with them.

"You say that now but remember you have enhanced hearing" Lyle chuckled.

“Abraham isn’t scared of anything, I swear.” Riven said, ears suddenly twitching. “Stop…”

Anna, Abe, and their two new companions froze, looking at the ice wolf. “What is it?” Abraham asked, frowning.

"What is it" Lyle asked raising his rifle.

Riven turned his head, listening and sniffing the air. “I smell something nasty…dangerous, big, and nasty.” He muttered just before a large creature burst through the trees toward them. It had bear features, but the mutations and disfigurements suggested it had multiple animals forming it. A loud roar escaped it as it headed toward the group.

Abraham had his own gun raised and was already shooting toward its head, cursing when the bullets just bounced off.

Lyle aimed his rifle and fired launching a small artillery like shell into the creature and smirking as it did damage. Looking over to Lola and Fang he spoke "any chance you can hit it with one of those energy balls you nearly nailed me with?"

Both Lola and Fang stared at him with a “I guess so” look on their faces. Building up the light into a ball, the ram horned girl held it in the air as Fang made a bow and arrow from pure gravitational energy and sent the ball of light at the creature.

The ball, sadly, shattered.

“Well, ain’t that just GREAT!” Riven yelled as he sent spikes up ice up at the creature, freezing its legs so it couldn’t move. “Fuckfuckfuck!!!”

Lyle aimed his rifle and fired again at the creature.

Every time Lyle shot and broke off a piece of flesh, it would just grow back rapidly and snarl at the group.

“Uh…can we run now?” Fang asked.
