JP - Hei Olle

Piritta watched Megan roll away with Ryan. Megan still had a far way to go, but she was much better than that day Cain had betrayed her. It was good to see her doing better. When Megan and Ryan were away, Piritta resumed quietly worrying about Olle.

Anastasia got a thought and stood up, going into the room. She spoke to a few of the doctors and eventually stepped out, gesturing for Piritta to step into the room.

Piritta was worried, but stepped inside the room.

Riley looked at Anastasia " the others arrived with Colt, want to check on them?"

Anastasia shrugged and nodded, letting Piritta go see Olle. The doctors would lead the Finn to the bed he was in so that she could look after him.

Piritta flopped in the chair beside Olle’s bed. She wished he would wake up.

Medical staff came and continued to monitor Olle’s vitals, promising Piritta that he would recover. It would just take time…

Piritta sighed and slumped in her chair.

Abraham walked over with a mug of coffee and held it out to Piritta. “I know things look tough right now, but he’ll recover…” He told her, taking a seat in a spare chair. “Just be here to help him recover.”

"Moi Abe." Piritta drank the coffee in one gulp. "I wish I answered my phone."

“Can’t change what happened anymore…all we can do is keep moving forward. He’s alive and he’ll heal. That’s what matters.” Abe assured her and smiled tiredly. “River is on her way with medicines to help him. I called her.”

“Hyvä, Joki is good even if she’s an awfully strict mother. Poor Amber, I was going to give her fireworks today.” Piritta sighed.

Abraham chuckled. “You can give them to her later. River is trying to lay off, let Amber enjoy herself.”

“Great. I’ll give them to Amber next time I see her.” Piritta looked at Olle and sighed.

Abraham nodded and crossed his arms. “You really care about him a lot, don’t you?” He asked.

“En tiedä.” Piritta shrugged. “I didn’t want him dying from getting beaten to death in a riot, though.”

“He’s not dead, now is he?” Abraham smiled at her.

“Joo.” Piritta agreed.

"Then he wasn't beaten to death." Abraham continued. "I bet the reason he survived is because of his will to live for the girl he loves."

“Ei.” Piritta shook her head. “He survived because Riley saved him.

“I bet he also survived because he wanted to see you again…” Abraham persisted and pinched her ear gently. “Don’t sass me, young lady.” He joked, trying to cheer the Finn up.

“Au! Hei!” Piritta shook her ear free. “The doctors worked hard to reattach that!”

“That’s why I’m being gentle, you goof.” He chuckled again. “You’ve never been this emotional before.”

Piritta sat back and cussed out the ukko out.

Abraham just rolled his eyes. “Want me to grab you anything to eat?” He asked.

“More coffee.” Piritta shrugged.

“Can do,” Abraham gave her a nod and left to do just that.

Piritta fidgeted restlessly. She needed a sauna. Olle needed a sauna.

Abraham eventually returned with a thermos of coffee for Piritta and handed it to her. Looking at Olle for a moment, he also handed Piritta some of the pain relief berries. “River says they’re for him if he’s in pain when he wakes up. She’s also enhanced them so they will help him heal…”

“How many are for me?” Piritta asked, eying the berries.

Rolling his eyes, Abraham held out another small bag. “Here, these have the same high effect, but without all the bad chemicals for you…”

“Kiitos.” Piritta tossed some of the berries in her mouth.

“I have some work to do, but River may be by later.” Abe told her before leaving again.

“Nähdään myöhemmin.” Piritta told Abe as he left. She watched Olle.

An eternity later, Olle groaned.

“Olle? Hei, Olle! Herätä!” Piritta stood up.

That was when River was walking in and looked over. “He okay, Piritta?” She asked, holding a basket of supplies for them both.

“I think he’s waking up.” Piritta said, grabbing the basket to keep her hands busy so she would not try to wake him up faster by shaking him.

Riley knocked on the door and entered with Anastasia in tow “any update?”

Olle’s eyes blinked open. He looked confused and disoriented.

River got Piritta to stay in Olle’s line of sight.

Anastasia stood next to Riley and watched in silence.

“Hei Olle.” Piritta greeted.

Olle’s eyes focused slowly, he needed his glasses. “What-” HIs tongue probed an empty spot which used to have a tooth in it. “What happened?”

“Piritta can answer that best, but for now, do you mind letting a doctor check your vitals?” River asked, giving Riley a smile real quick as she pressed a button to get a doctor to come there.
