History

Kennedi began attending West Point after high school. She graduated in the top ten of her class. Shortly after getting her officer commission the Chinese invaded Alaska. She was sent straight into battle. She spent a decade in Anchorage fighting off the Chinese. A year into the war her unit became one of the first to start using the T-45 Power Armor. At first, she loved the T-45 but she quickly became unimpressed and eventually grew to hate it. The hate didn’t start until Crimson Dragoons units started picking apart flaws in the armor's design. She wasn’t killed like most of the men under her command. She was captured and became a POW.

She resisted questioning and torture for two years. During the two years, she noticed that Deng Peng one of her interrogators was not as brutal as the others, seemed like he was going through the motions. She used that; she started playing on his sympathies but quickly realized it was sympathy but lust. Eventually, he gave in to his desires, he took her from the prison she was kept in, she had no clue where they were going because of the hood. She could hear him talking to others but had no clue what he was saying. Eventually, the hood came off she was in his quarters; she was still restrained though. It wasn’t until after he got what he wanted that he undid her restraints, but he quickly restrained her to his bed. That greatly foiled her plans. She was kept restrained to his bed, with only the freedom of movement given by the five-foot-long chain.

He came back one day inebriated; he passed out just out of her reach. Using a coat hanger she was to grab hold of his pants leg and drag him to her. She fished the keys out of his pocket and freed herself. Taking his pistol and clothes, which included a face mask to protect him from the cold Alaskan air she made her way to the armory. There she grabbed one of their stealth armors, explosives, a sword, and an assault rifle. She planted explosives all around the base in the ensuing chaos when they exploded, she liberated the rest of the prisoners. She then stole a truck from the base and drove them to safety. To ensure her people didn’t blow shoot at them or blow them up she used red paint she stole from the base to paint USA all over the truck.

A few months after her escape she gave birth to twins, she sent the twins to live with her parents. Due to her single-handedly liberating the prison camp she was sent to other prison camps to liberate them as well, but with backup and with vehicles waiting for the escaped prisoners. Eventually, the Chinese came up with a way to detect her, and she had to stop. When the Battle of Anchorage ended, she used all of the leave she could to recuperate with her parents and get to know her kids who were now seven years old. When her leave was up, she took her kids with her to her new assignment guarding the Mariposa Military Base.

Later that year they discovered what exactly what the hell scientists were doing there. The only reason she didn’t kill one of those inhuman scumbags was the fact Captain Roger Maxson pulled her off of him. Maxon sent her home and told her not to come back until she could keep her cool. She came back the next day. She was there with Maxson when he confronted Colonel Robert Spindel who had barricaded himself in his office. She saw Spindel kill himself.

Maxson eventually declared they were seceding from the United States. Then the next day Maxson ordered her to bring her kids into the facility, which was a good thing since someone thought that morning was a good day to begin nuclear Armageddon. Two days later Sergeant Platner tested the area outside the facility for radiation and reported no significant amount. After helping to bury the dead scientists she began packing up stuff needed for them to make the hike to the Lost Hills bunker. One of the preparations was to offer amnesty to any military prisoner who wasn’t experimented on, she was shocked to see Deng Peng.

During the weeks long hike to Lost Hills, she and the other American soldiers were protected by T-51 Power Armor but their families and the military prisoners were unprotected. Marauders quickly learned to target the ones without Power Armor. Kennedi lost both of her twins to a single marauder attack. She nearly went mad with grief and anger if it wasn’t for her baby daddy she would have.

Over the next five years, she watched as those around her succumbed to depression and despair, some even taking their lives. Over the five years, she and Deng Peng had two more kids. If not for Deng Peng and her two new kids, she would probably have killed herself too. Maxson, seeing the same thing as her had the idea to reform them into the Brotherhood of Steel. Six months after formally becoming the Brotherhood of Steel she was out on a mission she would never come back from and her family would assume she was KIA.

Kennedi was abducted by aliens and taken to another planet. She wasn’t used for slave labor she was nothing more than a guinea pig to them, just like Deng Peng was to the scientists at Mariposa. They pumped her full of some kind of drug that would keep her awake and alert no matter what, then without any kind of anesthesia they cut off her arms and legs. Then she had to watch as cybernetic prosthetic arms & legs were reattached. After watching to see if the prosthetics would take she was placed back in cryostasis again. For the next several years she would only be taken out to have cruel experiments done on her while fully awake and without anything to mitigate the pain. The worst by far was being forced to watch as they extracted each of her eyes and being completely blind until they replaced them with cybernetic replacements.

Kennedi was awoken once more she could see a robotic body without a head. She assumed they planned to attach her head to that robotic body, she struggled but the restraints were too strong. Luckily for her Mia led an attack on the facility and rescued her. She found the head alien scientist. She dragged him to the robotic body and smashed his face against it several times, she could easily have killed him by doing that, but she wanted him to suffer. She ripped his skinny little arms and legs off. She put him on the table she was placed on so many times, but she put him on the table in the wrong position. She then got one of the human rebellion people to show her how to operate the machine. She then had the machine attack prosthetic arms and legs on him. Since he was on the table in the wrong position, he had legs attached to his chest and back, and arms attached to his groin and ass. She watched as he tried to move around but only succeeded in flopping around like a fish out of water. She then made him endure every single procedure she was forced to endure one right after the other. She then taunted her victim and threatened to attach his head to the robotic body. She picked up the alien and threw it at the robotic body with all her might. He hit the robotic body hard, it began to rock back and forth and then it fell onto the alien.

Kennedi joined the human rebellion. During the rebellion, Kennedi stumbled upon a cache of Vault-Tec equipment including a Pip-boy. The human rebellion finally won and set course for Earth again. She had no clue how much time she had been away. She also never wanted Deng Peng or her kids to see her like this. But she also wanted to be close enough to get any news so she could keep up with what was going on. She estimated the best spot to get news would be Vegas.
