View character profile for: Voah Sahnsuur
As Voah approached the exit at the north end of the large domed room, she began a choral prayer to Cambena in order to keep herself calm and grant her serenity. Her voice echoed and reverberated around the water chamber, haunting yet angelic, like a siren in the tide. Her voice rising would have given frisson to anyone who could hear it, including herself. When she was finished with the words, she continued on humming and vocalizing as she was swallowed into the darkness, continuing into the corridor beyond.
"Tujornitii, dai'en nemoné ya,
Tanii tembran, ejané ya
Isantii Cambena, revé ya
A ezgoran temoh retran narakavii
Revé ya xhunii, nisii lembran xhunii
A robran temoh a baisanii"
- Mizaran choral prayer
"Ever on, yonder take me,
Through the storm, guide me
Mighty Cambena, carry me
To shores and lands unknown
Bring me back, safely back
To port and homeward"
- translation in the Heliasi common tongue
