Probably Should Have Asked Earlier

After the services were over, the eulogies had been said, and Sir Zane had informed both Islana and Alexis about the raid. Islana sat trying to gain her thoughts. What had she just agreed to? The young woman could not only say she had never participated in a raid, but that she had never been witnessed one.

In her sheer determination to see this though the end; the huntress had agreed to something without truely knowing the possible outcomes.

Of course, in the towns which travels had lead her to, Islana had heard tales of such things but, truthfully, there would be no way to know how real those tales were.

Who could answer her questions? Certainly, the idea of looking stupid, crossed her mind but she really needed to know what she was getting herself into.

Islana realized there was only one person to ask and just hoped the other woman didn't just laugh her out of the room. So, she sought out Alexis.

Once she found the other woman, Islana asked, "Do you have a moment?"
