'The Hogue' made its way back into harbour in good time taking advantage of fair strong winds. The mood abroad during the return leg however was as gloomy and grey as the weather. The battered and bruised expedition party, the dead sailors on the island, the murdered aboard made for some very strange and depressing days with most of the party under the care of Nicolaus Cagliostro.
Alexis - The Captain shares with you what he knows about the murder, which isn't much. he has three suspects. But you don't find much more about the fate maimed sailor, nor are you very inclined to do so, as your wounds and cracked ribs heal. Once in the city your first duty is to report to Sir Zane on your findings and the mission.
Voah - You spend much of the trip drifting in and out of consciousness. Your wounds are severe, but more worrying, is the fever that has you in its grip. A fever that despite many ministrations does not abate. Once in the city you are transported to the Rectory where you are placed under the care of the Friar and his acolytes. The shackles and the drawings of runes from the shipwreck safely in your possession.
Tarmen - Most sailors give you and your gruesome trophy a wide berth. You already have plans for it, as you remember some tribes in Kru'll, shrink the decapitated heads of their foes and wear them on their belts. Or maybe you can sell it. The little bracelet found in the shipwreck could also command a fair bit of coin. You can't help but feel frustrated with the last week, but you are give a few days off duty to recover.
Hunter - Your mind is still foggy and your leg hurts like hell. It might be a while before you can place a lot of weight on it or walk without a limp. Your concussion starts to clear and you should make a full recovery in a couple of weeks. Not sure on how to deal with having your life saved you retreat to the comfort of twins humble home.
Nicolaus - You are kept busy during the rip back with so many patients. You will continue to visit most of them especially the Arbiter to check on their progress. The gold ring given to you by Alexis found on the shipwreck could have fetched a serious price if you could prove its provenance, which you can't. However the intriguing globe filled with liquid could be worth a good sum. Although likely you will keep to study it as it fascinates you how it was created. Once you return to your shop, Tolan shows you a strange looking sap that someone dropped for you to examine.
Blackwolf - Once you arrive in the city, you are outraged and surprised to find the city guard waiting for you. The Captain sent a courier pigeon one day out informing them of the murder and naming you, the cook and the other sailor as suspects. You are taken to the Keep for further questioning.

Islana - You share a few much needed drinks with Jiyn and tell him what you have found out during your investigation on the Boar of Winter, the soul traps and human sacrifice. He is clearly concerned when you tell him Hendrik went missing while looking for Wim.
Wim - After Gonyaul leaves you for the evening, promising to check on you the following morning you, you drink half a vial curbing your desire for more. It sends you into a deep slumber, but you do not dream again like last time. Darkness engulfs you. The next morning you do not wake with the sunrise and sleep until you are roused.
Gonyaul - You return the next morning as promised to check on the young lord Wim Riese, after leaving him to his nightly affairs. Strangely you find him still asleep with the sun already well above the horizon.
