And of course it had to be a priest by the looks of it. Of all people that could have wandered out here. So what now? There was little hope she could keep up the act.

Alexis did not want to fight him. Who knew what chance she even had against a magik user, as they seemed to fill the ranks of the clergy of the ‘twin’ gods.
But even more so she did not want to hurt an innocent bystander, no matter how much they hated her guts as a Helian.
That was a part of her that was still very much alive despite everything.

So. Time to find out what ‘fate’ would make out of this interesting situation.
