Great Desert of Skulls

The game seems simple enough to Tarmen, with the objective being to capture each others pieces. No more than 12 markers can be on the board at any given time, with at least one free space available at all times. The opponents take turn to try and outsmart one another and Tarmen having played similar games in the past knows the complexity of these games is often hidden behind its simplicity. He hears the words 'Tiddas' repeated several times, and assumes that is the name of the game. The man from Kr'ull notices that the third member of the group approaches from behind his companion looking down as the the game unfolds.

Despite the woman's interest in Alexis shield, there is more to this apparent friendly approach than immediately meets the eye. The dark haired woman is doing more than asking friendly questions. She is sizing the sell-sword up, looking at her weapons, equipment and how she might handle herself. She drinks from her wine skin and looks at her two companions.

The man who was standing crouches next to his companion just as Tarmen captures two of his opponents markers horizontally.`
He points at Alexis and after at Tarmen intertwining the fingers of both hands together. The meaning is simple.

~Is she yours?~
