I Always Pay

Kent was happy to see the toy was satisfactory and went to pay for it with his own money. The cashier stared at him with an odd look on her face. "Oh, actually paying for something, Kent?" She giggled in a teasing manner. This only got her an uncomfortable look from the brunette as he took his purchase.

"I always pay..." He muttered.

River finally returned to everyone with a game she found for Chris, blinking at Tam's comment. "I'm old enough to be his mom, though."

Kevin pulled the towel away, his hair dropping down to hide his scar. "I don't see how it's handsome. Mom said it's called honey blond, but all it does is annoy the me half the time." He said, not really understanding the meaning behind Max's words.

However, he did notice the blush. "You okay, dude? Your face is all red." The blond was trying very hard not to think about the kiss from earlier, but he had a feeling this had something to do with that.

Bonnie pawed at Max as if telling him to be honest.
