Tam noted the look of discomfort Kent expressed when she brought up his bruises and felt stupid. She didn't want to make him uncomfortable, and she went and did just that. Then when he mentioned going to get some things from his home she suddenly reached out and took his hand without thinking. "Then I'll go with you. Maybe with me there your father won't... maybe... maybe with someone watching him that isn't family he'll behave more..."

Rolling her eyes, the photographer turned her gaze to Tamara. "Is there anything we can do to...help?" She asked, glancing toward the only male in the room. Something in her gut said that Tam wanted to keep Kent away from his father at all costs. "I do have a camera, after all."

Tam nodded. "Oh that's a great idea! You can come too. With a camera there he'd definitely think twice!"
