Some Scare, Some Don't

After leaving the ride Jack needed help walking as the oxygen was returning to his brain. He had Roxy and Ashley supporting him from both sides and he looked like he was the one who was scared from the ride in the eyes of the other patrons. Seeing as Jack was in bad shape they let him rest on a bench as they waited for the others to finish their ride. Blossom felt bad for Jack as he was being doted on by Roxy and Ashley as he was in rough shape. She wondered how he going to endure this life for the next four years.

Rose, JD, Conner, and Kaylee were already off the ride when Jack, Roxy, Ashley, and Blossom got off the ride. Kaylee glanced over towards them and wondered what had happened. Jack seemed like he had been scared but Kaylee somehow doubted that had much to do with the ride.

Rose and JD were sitting not that far away and Rose looked past JD. She then said to them, Roxy, Ash, or whoever wanted to answer, “Is everything alright?” Clearly asking about Jack but not making him answer.

Meanwhile on the ride:

Kyle wasn’t scared by anything on the ride and when the opportunity presented itself. He’d touch Justin's leg or steal a kiss or two. The first room being slanted made touching Justin pretty easy as he slide into him. As they were though in a few rooms where no one was in the room with them touching the other boy or getting a kiss or two was pretty easy.

The ride ended and Kyle got off, once Justin was off he nodded towards what looked like a very worn Jack and said so only Justin could hear him. “Looks like Jack barely made it through the first ride.” He was wondering if Jack was going make it through the day with both girls as he was pretty sure that was why he looked like that.

Sam and Heath were the next off the ride. To be honest they hadn’t come up for air long enough to really register much beyond the slant. There was something with roach or something and screams but really neither bothered Sam or Heath.

Courtney and Matt got off next, and like Sam and Heath, they couldn’t say they were paying attention much to what was going on during the ride. The four of them didn’t say much as they walked over towards the group.

Zander and Riley had held hands, kissed a bit. The slant had pushed Riley into Zander and they kissed. There was a bit of a jump from both of them at the roach. They paid more attention than some of the couples but weren’t too scared of anything on the ride until the roach but neither screamed, it was more a gasp by the surprise.

Dawn and April held hands throughout and kisses were taken here and there. But April was nervous through the ride. Screams didn’t come in the first room but April and Dawn both jumped a little at the spiders because they weren’t expecting them. Dawn though got settled and realized April was holding her hand a little tighter than normal not that she minded, at all. The monsters weren’t particularly scary for April but the roach, that made her jump and scream. Actually, she was sitting close to Dawn and accidentally screamed practically in the other girl’s ear. Dawn bit her lip and then the ride was over. The two got off the ride.

April said to Dawn about the scream, “Sorry, about that.”

Dawn gave April’s hand a quick squeeze before releasing it, as they were trying to keep their relationship under wraps until Monday. “It’s fine, really.”

They met up with the rest of the group.

With the group all together again. The question came up of what to do next. Sam mentioned that being she choose the first ride, Dawn and Zander should choose the next two. As it was also their party.

Zander nodded. “Ok, then you go first, sis.”

Dawn glanced around the immediate area. “Oh, the roller coaster. Let’s do that next.” She paused. “Oh, we can do the Ferris wheel.”

Zander commented. “Either is fine with me. I was going to pick one of those as well so whatever we don’t do next is my pick.”

Rose then asked. “What does everyone think?’

Kaylee, Sam, Heath, and Kyle all said they’d be good with the rollercoaster. The thing unsaid was whether everyone in the group was up for that or if some might need something calmer for the next ride.
