Exs and book stores

Travis sulked in the back of the bar taking large swigs of what was probably his 6th beer. His eyes were locked on Dakota as she moved on the stage leaning down to rub her chest in some creeps face as he slid a 20 it the string of her bikini. He wanted he break something. He hadn’t seen her in a week, having been gone with his crew on an out of town hitch, and he was ready for the night to be over.
He planned to catch her outside and try to talk some sense into her before her ride got there. He ground his teeth as the guy slid another 20 in winning his a flash of those pearl whites and a blown kiss. fucking slut.[/ i]. He knew she slept with half the guys who came in. He wondered how much they paid for a night with her. Shaking his head he looked away from her for the first time since he had come in. That was when he saw the new bouncer. He was also watching Dakota. [i]New boyfriend? he wondered to his self. Well he would nip that in the ass real quick.

Inessa checked her cell again 12:32. She was looking for a bookstore and it was getting late. She wasn’t at all sure she would find one open. And even if she did parking in inner Sheridan was worse that LA. The lit windows of a small older looking bookstore on the corner caught her eye. She drove on circling for a bit till she found a spot not to far then parked. Grabbing her things she locked the doors and started walking quickly down the block back to the store. It was still open. Awesome! she pushed the door and stepped in she saw the small bells hung on the door move and imaged she could hear the jingle. Taking a deep breath so inhaled that unique book and cleaner smell. She scanned the room and didn’t see anyone but she was sure the owner was in there somewhere.
Strolling along the isles slowly she examined the shelf’s for the books she was look for. One was for her article and the other was just for her. She could have googled the information or downloaded the books but this felt more authentic to her. She ran her fingers over the spine reading the titles printed on them as she continued to search.
