History

Tzeitel’s parents were meth cookers (and addicts), as well as abusive towards Tzeitel. When Tzeitel was seven they sold Tzeitel to some random guy for a new stove, and amongst many other things Tzeitel ended up in a sort of underground fighting ring of children when she was ten. During one fight an opponent pulled a switchblade on her, Tzeitel was nearly killed but managed to defeat the opponent and got to keep the knife. Tzeitel has kept the knife on her person ever since, even when she bathes and sleeps.
After years of fighting, Tzeitel managed to get herself out of it and was a street kid for quite a while, doing what she had to survive and making more than a few stupid decisions. For a while Tzeitel thought having some shelter and food was enough, until she found out that her parents had another kid after getting rid of her. Tzeitel wasted no time in finding her way back to her childhood home to rescue Ami from her parents. Tzeitel quickly realized that the streets were no place for a child to live- and vowed that life would be better for Ami no matter what she had to do to get it for her.
Tzeitel had less than completely legal means of getting what money and documents she needed to become Ami’s guardian and got a two bedroom apartment on Crescent Lake Mountain. Tzeitel got a job at a local gym and Ami was enrolled at the school. Tzeitel has made a life for herself but outside of the gym she mostly keeps to herself and her sister. Ami being a teenager in high school now Tzeitel has been encouraging her to apply to the best colleges. Tzeitel’s little sister is a genius.
