Storm drain

Lydia quickly navigated herself and Finlay to a storm drain, the lid was slightly ajar. She sat on the ground and used her feet to shove the lid open before motioning quietly for Finlay to go first. Metal rungs were welded into the metallic walls of the narrow hole, and led all the way down into the tunnels. "I'll close up behind us. You go first, climb down until you feel the ground, be careful though. It's slippery" She said in a hushed voice, trying to keep their location hidden from nosey street people.
