JP - Don't Tell Tzeitel

Colt was looking at himself and taking the bandages off, shocked to see everything healed. They were scars now, but healed. “Did Cody do this?” He asked.

The healer nodded. “Don’t whine. I wanted to.” He said and finished off some more food.

Colt slipped out of the bed and plucked out the IV, quickly wrapping his arm up with fresh bandages. “Where is she, Ami?” He asked.

“She was going to Klaire.” Ami said. “Don’t tell her Cody healed you, she’ll be angry.” As if it wasn’t going to be obvious.

Colt nodded and grabbed up a clean shirt left for him. Pulling it on, he headed out to find Klaire and Tzeitel.

“You think Tzeitel will come yell at us?” Cody asked.

“I don’t know… it’s better than her hurting herself in the gym or drinking.” Ami said.

Cody nodded in agreement as he stopped eating, finally full and would need time to regenerate his power. It would at most take twenty-four hours.

“Do you feel okay?” Ami asked Cody.

“Yeah, just a little tired.” Cody replied with a yawn.

“Get some sleep, maybe Tzeitel won’t yell at you when you’re asleep.” Ami suggested.

"I'm not gonna let you get yelled at alone." Cody replied.

“I’m gonna go to bed too and pretend to be asleep. She’d never wake me up to yell at me.” Ami said. “Besides you’re the one in trouble for using your powers, she doesn’t know I’ve been using mine.”

“And we’re not going to tell her.” Cody replied with a smile and poked her gently. “Lets get to our rooms and try to rest then.”

Ami nodded. "Night Cody!" She said and headed back to the room she shared with Tzeitel.

With a yawn, Cody made his way to his own room and would soon be asleep under his blanket, snoozing like a happy puppy.

Ami curled up in bed with her favorite stuffed animals and fell asleep.
