Riley paused for a moment as he listened to Annie before speaking. He knew not all raiders were bad it was just a game of survival out there and people played with the cards they were given.

"It's possible it's a small time gang of raiders but a lot of people I've talked to believe it's the fiends." He replied taking a drink. "Personally though it seems suspicious only the small time caravans are getting hit and a lot of times the merchandise is just left there. Even if the fiends are just a bunch of degenerates hooked up on drugs they'd still strip everything down and take it with them."
