Prospecting

Alex crept slowly through the undergrounds of Repcon rocket facility laser rifle raised as he cleared yet another corner. Like the others it was littered with the corpses of course, both feral and non feral, and super mutants with a telltale purple skin of nightkin. He had learned about them from the archives in the bunker. Apparently they were the special forces of the Masters army however extended use of stealth boys had rendered them crazy. From what he learned the buildings terminals and several journals apparently the goals were trying to fix up several rockets when these nightkin came looking for stealth boys. Needless to say it ended in a slaughter on both sides.

Opening the final door he entered a room filled with supply crates pulling up the manifest he secured from the offices He approached the targeted crate and opened it really in the components The nights needed to fix hidden valleys filtration system. While originally Lorenzo had said the parts would most likely be found in several vaults Alex had suggested that the Repcon facility would have similar parts.

"Looks like I won the bet after all" he chuckled securing the parts and making his way to the exit.

Stepping out into the setting sun Alex secure the duffel bag he had on his shoulder containing the parts and the energy weapons he scavenged from the place. Setting off from the facility he would make it to Novac before nightfall.
