Planet Nevarro

A Mandalorian named Talerian Maxx lands his YT-1760 small- Corellian Engineering-Corp transport on the sand. The planet has seen better days since it was used up by traders, miners and merchants. Now its a haven for pirates and radical political forces. He checks the area for any threats before he powers down and head to the hatch. He grabs a large sack and slings it over his shoulder before opening the hatch to exit his ship. Its a long walk to the place he is headed as he stops to check his heading on his forearm holo-computer screen. Only the sound of his breath is heard as he continues on in silence. He is hoping it will be an easy job but knows his luck doesn't seem to work that way. He is sure this is a set up and he will have to fight his way out again. Hopefully he will get paid this time unlike the last two jobs he took. He barely made enough to pay for his fuel after the big shoot out.

Of course he did score big time a few years ago when he killed his target and happened to find a trunk full of beskar'gam steel in the hideout. Not only did he get a big bounty, but he delivered his beskar'gam steel to the Mando Smith who made him a full set of armor in return while keeping the rest for the tribe. Since he didn't want to stand out and get hunted for his armor he painted it blue, black and steel colored to make it less appealing to the greedy types. It seemed to work out for the meantime, but he did have to deal with a few fools looking to take advantage of him. Sadly his last few missions were disappointments involving the lack of pay and the high risk involved.

Eventually he arrived near his target and hid nearby as he used his helmet to scan the area for any threats. As he scanned the area he kept calm and collective till he saw something glimmer from the corner of his eye. Hoping it was not an ambush he remained still and watched patiently as the glimmer appeared again but this time from behind a sand dune. This time he heard a faint whistle and one of the guards collapsed. The one by one he heard the whistle again as more guards collapsed on the ground. When the guards didn't check in, the bay doors opened up and a squad of merc/guards rushed out and took positions for a fire fight. They couldn't find where the enemy was and began speaking into their comms. Suddenly they were being shot at from the opposite direction and pinned down till they were all dead. The sniper was using a silenced slug weapon instead of a blaster to hide their location.

Talerian was annoyed since this meant he was not getting paid for his delivery if this sniper beat him to the leader. Then as the last merc/guard died and fell to the ground, Talerian could see an IG-88 droid appear from the dunes. It was armed with one sniper rifle and three blasters since it had four arms. It then raced into the open bay door and began blasting its way through the remaining guards. Talerian simply watched as the killer droid from a safe distance and then reached behind and pulled out his sniper rifle and prepped it at the bay doors as he watched patiently.

Eventually the blasting stopped and a damaged IG-88 droid came out holding a case as sparks shot out from its waist. The droid lost two of its arms and was walking with a limp with a strong will to go on. Talerian aimed his scope at the head of the droid and when he had a good shot he pulled the trigger and killed the droid. Talerian then waited to see if it was going to self destruct since some droids had that built in. After a ten minute wait Talerian stood up and made his way to the headless droid while armed with his heavy blaster this time. Talerian slowly removed the case from the dead droid and backed away in case it was going to self destruct. He looked into the open bay door and made his way in to find everyone was dead. Talerian was annoyed but glad he didn't get dragged into the fire fight. Seeing as he was the last man standing he looted the place for credits, weapons and anything useful he could use like med supplies, food, tools and data sticks.

Then he decided to open the case he was about to deliver to the smugglers. Talerian was awestruck by what he saw in the case. The glow from the merchandise made him mutter, "whoa". He looked at the kyber crystals in the case and then closed it as he packed up the supplies and put everything on a hover sled before he dragged it to his ship to load it. Talerian's transport ship was a modified YT-1760 small transport Corellian Engineering Corp.

He decided to keep the hover sled since it made loading a lot easier. Once the cargo was secure he set course for his next destination which was the planet named Tatooine. Once the ship lifted off the ground he blasted off into space. He scored bigtime again so it was time find the next job. he wonder who would be interested in buying any Kyber Crystals these days.
