OOC - The Xavier Institute

The public face of the Xavier Institute is of an exclusive school, a very exclusive school, it is not the kind of place you can sign a child up for, it is by invitation only.
The privacy of such a school is paramount, the security is as good as can be bought, the unseen security is exceptional.
It is situated on an island on a private estate in Westchester County in Upstate New York.
