Tam nodded and leaned up to kiss Kent's cheek. "You get some good rest, I'm gonna stay with Chris make sure I'm here for him if he needs me. Again, thank you all so much." She started to cry and smile. "I'm really blessed to have such wonderful friends."

In the morning, Tam woke up to the smell of River's wonderful cooking and helped Chris get up so they could eat breakfast. She smiled at Kevin when he eventually entered, her heart full of warmth at the sight of him. Then she looked to River.

"So who is this Yazuhiko guy again?" She asked.

Then she remembered that she would have to go see her mother and discuss the custody issue with her and Serenity's lawyer. She just hoped things would go well.

Max sat at the country club with Kevin and Bonnie and Bonnie Jr. He was feeling anxious because all of this was a major shitshow no matter how they sliced it. Kevin was guilty of statutory rape, no doubt about that. At this point it was about damage control.

When Renee came she was wearing a fine business dress with a suit jacket and skirt with her hair pulled back into a tight bun. She sat down in front of the two men... Ordered herself a coffee which, when it arrived, she sipped casually and calmly before setting it down and looking to Kevin.
